It is said that, “Necessity is the mother of invention.” One day, big Bob was told by his doctor that he must “lower the carbs and phase out the sugars.” As a long time vegetarian, Bob had little choice but to look for or create a tasty snack.
Bob took over the kitchen and began seriously experimenting to develop a snack that could satisfy his sweet tooth and promote a healthier lifestyle.
Six months later, Voila! Chef Roberts´ emerged with Matt´s Munchies.
